PRIVACY REGULATIONS
1. General provisions
1.1. We respect the right to inviolability of private life of a person, and we will make every reasonable effort in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data managed on the website. These privacy regulations govern key principles and procedure of the collection, management and storage of personal data of Website users.
1.2. The collection, management and storage of personal data of the user is regulated by these privacy regulations, and to the extent they are unregulated hereby, they are governed by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
1.3. By indicating their personal data on the Website, users agree to the management and administration of these data by the System administrator for purposes, by means and in accordance with the procedure laid down in these privacy regulations and legal acts.
1.4. When visiting the Website and using it, Website users shall declare and confirm that they have read these privacy provisions.
2. Use of cookies
2.1. In order to provide full-fledged services, the system administrator shall record information (cookies) on the Website user’s PC (device). The recorded information shall be used to identify the user as a previous website user and to collect site visit statistics. 2.2. When visiting the website and using it, Website users agree to the use of the specified cookies.
2.3. Cookies can be deleted or blocked in Browser settings, however, in such a case a part of the Website may malfunction.
3. Collection, storage and use of personal data
3.1. Persons willing to register on the Website shall present their name, surname, e-mail address and a password. During registration, an account shall be created, where a user may indicate additional personal data, such as a profile picture, personal Instagram account, etc. The Website user may at any time revise, supplement or delete his/her account and all data contained therein.
3.2. User address and/or computer IP address presented in the account may be used to determine the user’s location. The Website administrator may obtain information from user’s mobile device for determining the location of the user only having received a prior user’s consent.
3.3. The Website administrator shall collect, store and manage the data presented in the Website user’s account or obtained during the user’s use of the Website for the following purposes:
3.3.1. allowing users of the Website to use the Website;
3.3.2. in the administration of Website user accounts;
3.3.3. in the development and improvement of the Website.
3.4. Personal data of website users shall be stored until the website account is deleted or for 1 (one) year since the last login of the user to the account. The account of a website user shall be deleted on the initiative of the website user, i.e. the user shall have the option to delete the account of his or her own volition. The website account shall also be deleted after it has been inactive for 1 (one) year.
4. Provision of personal data
4.1. The Website administrator confirms that he will not transfer or otherwise disclose personal data to any third persons except for the cases listed below:
4.1.1. if the user’s consent to disclosing his/her personal data was received;
4.1.2. to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure established by laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
4.1.3. to other persons – in cases established by laws.
5. Personal data protection
5.1. The system administrator shall make every reasonable effort with the help of internal organizational and technical means to ensure that personal data presented by Website users were protected from any unlawful actions: unlawful change, disclosure or destruction of personal data, identity theft or fraud.
5.2. The user undertakes to and must store his/her password and login name to the Website as well as other data.
5.3. The Website administrator shall not be liable for unauthorized alternation, disclosure or destruction of personal data of Website users, their identity theft or other unlawful actions, if personal data became available to third persons at the fault or negligence of Website users.
5.4. It the System administrator has doubts as to the correctness of personal data of the user, he may suspend actions of management of personal data of such consumer, check and revise the data.
6. Correcting, supplementing and deleting personal data
6.1. Website users shall confer the right to the Website administrator to collect, manage, administer and store personal data to the scope and for the purposes provided for in these privacy regulations. The user shall have the right:
6.1.1. to get familiar with his/her presented personal data any time;
6.1.2. having presented a written inquiry to the Website administrator, to receive information which would indicate all the collected personal data, the purpose of their administration and data recipients to whom they have been submitted. Information shall be presented to the user in writing to his/ her e-mail address no later than within 30 calendar days from the day of referral for the submission of such data;
6.1.3. having presented a written inquiry to the Website administrator, to request to correct incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data and/or to stop actions of administration of such personal data, except for their storage, if the user indicates that his/her personal data are incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, or are managed unlawfully and unfairly. The Website administrator commits to informing the user about corrections of his/her personal data made or unmade at his/her request, their destruction or suspension of personal data management actions within 10 days from the day of performance of these actions;
6.1.4. to disagree with the management of his/her personal data.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
These privacy regulations shall be valid from the day of their publication on the Website. System users shall be informed about any changes of and/or supplements to the privacy regulations on the Website and/or by e-mail.
